This policy explains what information DreamIAS (“we”) collects when you use this website, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, phone number, email address and a password. Passwords are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form; we cannot read them.
• Google sign-in: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and verified email address from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
• Quiz activity: which quizzes you take, your answers and your scores, so we can show you your progress.
• Technical data: a secure cookie that keeps you logged in, and basic request information (such as IP address) used to protect the site from abuse and repeated failed logins.

How we use it

• To create and run your account and show your quiz history.
• To send account emails you request, such as password-reset links.
• To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
• To contact you about your classes or enrolment, where you have given us your phone number.

We do not sell your personal information.

Services that process data for us

The website runs on third-party infrastructure: Netlify (hosting), Turso (database), Cloudflare (file storage) and, when enabled, Resend (email) and Google (sign-in). They process data only to provide those services.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account and quiz history while your account is active. You can ask us to correct or delete your account and data at any time by contacting us on the phone number on the contact page.

Children

This website is meant for exam aspirants. If you are under 18, please use it with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
